William A. KINGSLEY was the father of Joseph A. KINGSLEY and my Great Great Grandfather. He married Lucy Ellen ANDERSON. Joseph A. KINGSLEY was my Great Grandfather and married Mittie Ellen DODD. It is unknown at this time is Wm K. McBRIDE was related in any way.

William A. KINGSLEY & Joseph A. KINGSLEY to Wm K. McBRIDE

This indenture witnesseth that we William KINGSLEY and Joseph A. KINGSLEY in consideration of the sum of One hundred in hand paid by William K. McBride do hereby remise, release and forever quit claim unto the said William K. McBride, his heirs and assigns forever all our title interest and estate legal and equitable in the following premises with the appurtenances, situated in Laconia, Harrison County Indiana; To Lot number twenty-four [24] in the town of Laconia, Harrison County, Indiana.

In Witness whereof we have herunto set our hands and seals this the 4th day of February 1895.
