Walter Q. Vreeland was from KY. He entered the Methodist church there and then transferred to the Alabama-West Florida Conference in December 1896. He is most known for having organized part of the Pensacola Mission into the Gadsden Street Methodist Church in 1900-04. He transferred back to KY in December 1906 and then returned to the AL/WFL Conference in Nov. 1923, but immediately located at his own request. This means he got out of the ministry.
