NEAL & SIMS surnames

I'm looking for information the NEAL and SIMS family.Mathew H Neal was born about 1854 in Daviess County KY. William James (James William) abt 1837 and Jessima (Jemima) Sims abt 1843 both born in KY, but don't have location. I would guess if not Daviess, then somewhere close by. The Neal family and probably the Sims family moved to IN in the lates 1850's or early 1860 because Wm and Jessima were married in Sullivan IN and have them on several IN cesus records thereafter.

If anyone has these surnames in the history I would appreciate hearing from you.
