There is a Colvin Graveyard in "Rosewood" In.
just outside New Albany, In. I think the road is 111 (not sure) anyway there are several generations of Colvins buried there. Who lived at Rosewood (they had their own school, post office, and river trading post)

My family went back and forth across the river from Rosewood to West Point, Ky.

My Great Grandfather's name was John, he was the Police Judge of West Point

Am seeking information regarding my g-g-grandmother, Jane Loughran Colvin, of Lexington Township, Scott County, Indiana. She was born approx. 1830. She had 2 brothers, James and Samuel Loughran. I believe her parents may have been James Loughran and Elizabeth Compton Loughran.

She married John Colvin, possibly also of Lexington Township and subsequently moved to Tolono, Champaign County, Illinois.

Any information on any of the above persons greatly appreciated.
