Looking for an old school that used to be on Buttontown Road. I think it was called Buttontown School. IF anyone has any info on this it would be appreciated. I need to know where it was, when it closed, & how many students it housed & if there are any photos in existence.

I grew up about a half mile from the Cemetery on Buttontown Road. My maternal Great Grandparents are buried there. My Grandmother was Lillie (Brown) Evans. Her parents were William Brown and Mary Jane Kepley Brown. I am seeking information on William's parents.

To Cookie Burns....regarding Buttontown Cemetery at Greenville and the Evinger Family. Back in early 30's Ed Evinger lived alone next door to my grandparents, Oscar and Fannie Engleman, on the Buttontown Road. As a child visiting the farm, I remember him. Later I think he moved into Greenville. Am sure he must have been your relative.
