my mother and her two sisters were in the Ormsby Village orphanage I wish I could be more accurate on the years, but it must have been in the later 1920's or maybe even early 1930's. My mothers name was Ruth Badgett and her sisters were Dorothy and Loretta Badgett.

My husband and his brother & sister went to Ormsby Village for a while when they were young. I thought I would be able to find MORE about this place on-line....but we were quite disappointed!
It was in the 1950's that they were here. Is there ANYONE else that may have some knowledge about this place?
