I am researching the Meschendorf family in Jefferson co., Ky. and Orange co., IN. Christine, Henry, Hermann, Diedrich, John, Henrietta, Elise & Albert Meschendorf. Any thing at all would be greatly appreciated. They were from Hannover, Germany & believed to have immigrated in 1873. John was in a business in Louisville,Ky. named "Thoben & Meschendorf", he married Amelia Bierbaum. Albert married Hattie Lee Drane & moved to Shelby co., Ky. When Albert died Hattie remarried ___Noe, who started the "Lincoln Life Insurance in Louisville, Ky. Thanks.
