Enlisting in Civil WAr her son said he was born in Green Co, KY c. 1819. She born NC, husband born VA. Late in life, son married and gave her maiden name as Raie or Rail (can't read writing) OR-- it could have been something that sounded like that. Probably married around 1805-1810.
