I'm looking for information on the parents of Richard Penn, b. ca 1763, possibly in KY, married Catherine Moulder ca 1785. They had at least one son, William Penn b. 1786 in Rowan Co. NC; married Elizabeth King 1806 in Jefferson Co. TN. Their daughter, Mary Penn b. 1808 married Absalom Renfro in 1826 in KY. I can't find any info on Richard Penn's parents, though this line is supposed to be direct descent from Wm Penn the Founder.
