Elizabeth/Eliza Jane BRUMBARGER b. 15 May 1822, Madison, Jefferson Co.,IN; md. 22 April 1840 in Butler Co., Ohio to John BRATE (1817-1863). Have found info on Brumbarger Cemetery in Jefferson Co., Indiana, listing several Brumbargers as well as surnames Greenwood, Lockridge, and Moore. Have a marriage record for Frederick and Frances (CHAPMAN) Brumbarger, 10 Feb 1814 in Fayette Co., KY, married by her father William B. Chapman, but no proven relationship to Elizabeth/Eliza.
