Cannelton is in Indiana across the Ohio River from Hawesville, Kentucky..... just down river from Louisville, Kentucky

I was told that Anna Catherine Block was born on 5/10/1863 in Candleton, Louisville, Debois County, Kentucky. I am having difficulty locating such a place. Any help is greatly appreciated.
