Could my ggf and ggm could have traveled from Frankfort to Louisville via a flatboat between 1876-1880?
James W. Duffy and Nannie Duffy. He possbibly also could have been a boat pilot. He was listed in the 1880 Census in Louisville as a boat pilot.

I am also interested in these lists. I am researching Bowmans. They were part of a league of Catholics from Maryland that supposedly traveled by flatboat to Kentucky from Pennsylvania.

I am researching the Cheshire line in this area. Does anyone know of a source for passenger lists for people who came to Kentucky via the Ohio River
