I also have a Thomas Simmons (my GGgrandfather), born 1846 in Virginia, moved to
Breckinridge County, KY. Served in the Civil War (Confederate). Could this be the same
Thomas Simmons? Related? Thomas' father was also a Thomas from Franklin County,
Virgina.

Please let me know your opinion.
