looking for info on lloyd noble-was missing from breathitt county about 1975. he was born in 1936 or 1937. parents were cecil noble and victoria fugate noble. any info appreciated

Hello. LLoyd was a cousin of mine. i remember his disappearance well as i was a small child and remember everyone looking for him. never hear anymore about him. i now wonder if foul play was the cause of his disappearance. he has never been heard from. how are u related to him.
