I am doing research on the Durham, Pennington, and Martin families. I
haave sent out query before but I think I failed to include Durham. My
great-grandfather was John Durham b. 20 miles from Somerset, Pulaski
Coounty, KY in ca. 1835. He married Mary Jane Pennington, dau of Arad
Pennington. John Durham was son of William Durham who m. Edith Martin,
dau. of John Martin and Rachel Dobbs.

I have been unable to go back further than William in the Durham family.
I have found a Mastin Durham and wonder if they were connected? My
branch of the Durham family probably came from North Carolina in late
1700's or early 1800's.

Anyone researching the Durham Family? Thanks.
