Researching James P. Sellers b. 1851/52 in Ky., m. Susannah McGuire b.
1855/56 in Crawford County, Indiana, 1873. They are listed in the 1880
Crawford County, Boone Township, Indiana census with their children: William
b. 1874/75; Mary Catherine 1877-1949; and Nancy E. b. 1880. The place of
Milltown, Indiana or Leavenworth's Mill as it was named, is where this family
probably lived at one time. Susannah is one of five children born to James
and Catherine McGuire(Catherine's maiden name unknown); two girls, e boys
born between the years of about 1845 and about 1860. Susannah and James were
separated after 1880 from their children; the cause of separation is unknown;
could possibly be they both passed away. The children were sent somewhere
(?) and my grandmother, Mary Catherine, did not ever locate them again, and
she tried!
