My direct lines in these counties from earliest to present are:

HARDESTY - SMITH - MCINTIRE - ADKISSON - SQUIRES - RAZOR - PHILPOTT - HILL -
BASHAM - DOWELL - WRIGHT - ABELL - WEBB - PARR - NORTON

The collateral lines include just about every other surname from 1800 til
1900 in these counties, reaching back to Maryland & Virginia. Would like to
exchange info and compare notes with other researchers of this area.
