Thanks for looking for that info. I haven't tried to verify any of the info
including
the dates for John, so they could be off. I got these dates from my Mom's
first cousin 10 years ago. I just found some new info at: Indiana genealogy:
They have a new database: Indiana State Library :Indiana Marriages Through
1850. Note the different spelling for MCCORMICK, also remembered these folks
were related the the farm implement company, does anyone know if that's
spelled "ACK" or "ICK"? Found many useful entries including: Jane MCCORMACK
m KIRKWOOD Thomas, Fayette Co, March 4, 1824, KIRKWOOD Joseph S m GOWDY(I had
Goudie) Mary Delaware Co Feb 14 1851, I had different date in 1850(all my
ancestors)and MCCORMACK William H m DRENNAN Katharine Ann, Fayette Co Mar 28
1839(unknown if related). Southern Indiana researchers should check this site
out!
