Harvey, Harry
Died August 12, 1949, Pilot Knob, Indiana.

Pilot Knob - Harry Harvey, 48 year old commander of Crawford Post of American Legion, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at his home near here Friday night, August 12. P>He was a salesman for Allied, Inc., Indianapolis, dealers of school supplies.

Son of Josiah and Corda B. Harvey, he was a native of Crawford County and a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Marengo Grange.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs Nellie Harvey; a brother, Kedric Harvey, of Michigan City; three sisters, Mrs Ressie Harvey, of Hardinsburg; Mrs Eleanor Rodgers, of Monticello, and Mrs Belle Pardo, of Richmond.

Services were held Monday at the El Bethel Church, with the Rev Robert Poindexter in charge. Members of Crawford Post, American Legion, were pallbearers. Burial was in the church cemetery.
