Knieriem, Mrs Mary Dilason
Died September 4, 195?, Sulphur, Indiana.

Mt. Pleasant - Mary Dilason Thompson, daughter of Abraham and Cynthia Thompson, was born here on May 1, 1870, and died at her home at Sulphur on September 4. A sister, Lily, preceded her in death.

On June 3, 1893, she married John Henry Knieriem, who preceded her in death on April 16, 1937. To this union eight children were born: Mrs Dora Wilkes, of Beechwood; Mrs Minnie Wilkes, of Eckerty; Mrs Stella Munzer, of Louisville; Clarence and Henry, of Sulphur; Hobart, of Jeffersonville; Lewis, of Alton, and Albert, of Richmond.

Besides the children, she is survived by 21 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Weep not that their toils are over, Weep not that their race is run; God grant we may rest as calmly, When our work, like theirs, is done. Till then, we would yield with gladness, Our treasures to Him to keep, And rejoice in the sweet assurance, He giveth His loved ones sleep.

Card of Thanks -- We wish to thank Dr Ben for his medical service during the illness and death of our mother. We are especially grateful to the Newtons, Sturgeons, Rainforths, Paul Stephenson, those who opened the grave and to those who gave flowers. The Children.
