Kalfus and William Mills for the<br>Presbyteria, Peter Yenawine and John MIller for the Lutheran, MIchael<br>Miller and PHilip Weinand for the Methodist and George Hikes Sr. and Edward<br>Tyler Sen. for the Baptist congregations of the other part&#8230;.. for $35..<br>&#8220;all that certain lot of ground situate, lying, and being in Jeffersontown<br>on the South East side of Main Street, and known on the map, or plat of<br>said town by number 35, containing in front of said street 66 feet, and in<br>depth, 200 feet (warrant to the ): trustees for the respective<br>congregations and their successors&#8221;&#8230;.. for the exclusive right and<br>privilege of the use of the German and English Presbyterial, German and<br>English Lutheran, German and English Methodist, and German and English<br>Baptist societies and to prevent disagreeable occurrences which might arise<br>from so many societies uniting in building a house for their public<br>worship&#8230;. have made the following regulations to divide the weeks in<br>every month for those of the said house for every society, to wit, First<br>the German and English Presbyterians shall be entitled to the use of the<br>said church to perform their religious worship from the first Thursday and<br>the six following days in every month&#8230;. German and English Lutheran..<br>second Thursday and six following days in every month,&#8230;German and English<br>Methodist.. third Thursday and the six following days&#8230;. German and<br>English Baptist ..fourth Thursday and the six following days&#8230; when&#8230; not<br>occupied.. it shall be free.. for any religious societies. For this<br>purpose the within named trustee.. shall appoint one discreet person.. who<br>shall keep the Keys of the Church and open the Door to any preacher of the<br>Gospel, when not occupied by either of the before named societies, And the<br>said trustees, and their successors shall have full power and authority on<br>the part and in behalf of each of their respective societies to fill any<br>vacancies that may happen, either by death or resignations of any of the<br>present trustees or their successors. And the within named trustees for<br>themselves and their respective societies, covenant and agree that the<br>foregoing herein recited regulations shall be punctually and perpetually<br>observed by every society privileged to make use of the said church for<br>their religious worship, and that no alteration shall be made in the said<br>regulations without the consent and approbation of all of the trustees of<br>every society. In witness whereof the said parties to these presents have<br>hereunto set their hands &amp; seals the day &amp; year within written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Witnesses: L. H. Kalfus, Wm. Bryan, Henry F.
