Kay&#8217;s Company C of the Twenty -third regiment of the Indiana foot volunteers for the period herein mentioned: that the &#8220;remarks&#8221; set opposite the name of each officer and soldier are accurate and just; and that the &#8220;Recapitulation&#8221; exhibits in every particular the tru state of the Company as required by Regulations and the Rules and Articles of War<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Station: Fort Heiman, Ky<br>Date: February 28th 1862<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(For all of the names listed below, the following is indicated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enlisted July 12, 1861 at Greenville, Indiana, by D.
