My 3rd grandfather was Jacob Ephraim Sandusky, born June 15, 1808 and d. January 3, 1898 in Lexington, KY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jacob Ephraim\u2019s first wife was Hannah Middleton. He was reported to be a \u201cfine specimen of the old Kentucky gentlemen was very popular in Shelby County<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They had 3 children:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1)Oliver Anderson. : born Feb. 7, 1832
2)James Middleton: born Jan. 5, 1834
3)Ann Eliza: born June 21, 1838<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hannah died June 29, 1841 and Jacob m. his second wife Nancy Blades (Blaydes) on June 2, 1842. And they had 6 children:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1)William B.: born March 7, 1844
2)George Simpson: born January 12, 1846
3)Thomas D.: born March 3, 1850
4)John T.: born July 8, 1851
5)Richard R.: born November 3, 1853
6)Mary Jane: born March 12, 1855<\/p>\n\n\n\n
