The spelling of Ditchen is incorrect also found to be spelled Deutchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1880 Louisville, KY Census, Jefferson Co., ED 147-10-11 Ward 11, Sixteenth Street.<br>Ditchen Tillie 22 born ca 1858 in OH, Widowed,<br>Tillie is Anna&#8217;s cousin.<br>Ditchen Anna (Goss) b. ca 1848 IN, age 32; Widowed?, Annie and Dr. Peter&#8217;s children: William 17, b. KY, ca 1863; Henry age 14, b. KY ca 1866, Louie, 10, b. KY ca 1870, Charlie age 8 born KY ca 1872. Anna is believed to be a widow also but it&#8217;s possible the census taker erased the check mark. Going by Charlie&#8217;s age of 8 years, Dr. Peter Ditchen d. ca 1872 &#8211; May 31, 1880.
