LUCY M. DODD to MITTIE E. KINGSLEY

This Indenture Witnesseth that Lucy M. DODD and Joseph DODD, her husband of Harrison, County in the State of Indiana Convey and Warrant to Mittie E. KINGSLEY of Harrison County in the State of Indiana, for Love and Affection Dollars, the following Real Estate in Harrison County in the State of Indiana to wit: One acre out of the south part of parcel of land out of the northeast corner of the south west quarter of section four [4] in township six [6] south of range four [4] east. The whole tract described as follows: Beginning at the north east corner of said quarter section: running thence south ninty seven [97] rods and six [6] links: thence west thirty four [34] rods. Thence north ninty seven [97] rods and six [6] links: Thence east thirty four [34] rods to the place of beginning, containing twenty [20] acres more or less. The land hereby deeded being one acre as above described and around the house now occupied by her.

In Witness, whereof, the said Lucy M. DODD and Joseph DODD, her husband have hereunto set their hands and seal this 30 day of May A.D. 1899
