SOME FLOOD DAMAGE ABOUT ENGLISH, INDIANA
Louisville, Ky., January 22-The Ohio River is two feet above the danger line, but the worst is believed to be over. The worst effect of the high water was felt yesterday about English, Indiana, where three of five bridges over the Little Blue River were washed away and many cattle were drowned.
Fifty persons were on the Court Street Bridge when it went down, but all were saved.
