CIVILIZED DOINGS IN COURT
English, Indiana, Sept. 26-Owing to an adverse decision made by him at Marietta today, Judge J. M. Duflin was attacked by Dr. Sylvester Perkins.
The fight became general. Everyone in the courtroom participated included three of the judge’s sons, and Perkins was badly beaten.
