I, Jenny L McDaniel of Crawford Co Indiana hereby make my last will and testament.
First, I give and bequeath to my husband Stephen A. D. McDonald all my personal property of every kind and character whatever, and all my real estate described as follows to wit (real estate description describing 1 acre on Brushy Fork Creek). To have and to hold the same during his natural life.
Third, At the death of my husband I give and bequeath to my children Margaret Ann McDaniel, Della McDaniel, Willard McDaniel, Lydia H. McDaniel, and Edward McDaniel to have and to hold forever share and share alike all of my said property.
I hereby appoint my husband Stephen A.D. McDaniel Executer of this will to serve as such without bond.
