I am looking for Elizabeth Bennett Forsman living in Pickway Co, Ohio, 1850 census as a widow of
Phillip Forsman. She has 2 sons living with her, Bennett and Phillip as well as Madison (Mathis) Shipp age 20. I believe Shipp is my great grandfather, James Madison Shipp born 14/Sept/1829 in Jefferson Co, Kentucky. Family story has it that his mother died shortly after his birth and he was taken to Ohio and raised my his mothers cousin. My brick wall for the past 25 years is who are his parents.
